The family — and a last-minute guest — come over for Amanda's 31st birthday. But it's not till drinks with the girls that sparks start to fly.

Amanda reconnects with an old flame. After a rare good date, she invites him to a costume party, where she and Adina have an argument.

After facing the fallout from the party, Amanda receives some more bad news. When she attends her father's birthday, her day gets even worse.
