Phelps and Kelly take a grim trip to the seaside town of Newport, OR, to investigate the unsolved murders of five teen girls. The bodies of local girls have been turning up dumped in the forest, and it looks like the work of a serial killer. But who is he? And what twisted clues could he have possibly left behind?

Phelps and Kelly head down to Texas to investigate the disappearances of over 30 young women. Some have gone missing, some have turned up dead, in a flat, steamy wasteland along the I-45 freeway between Houston and Galveston known as The Killing Field. It's paradise for serial killers — time for paradise to get shut down.

Phelps and Kelly head to Boca Raton, FL, to investigate a series of kidnappings and murders. In March and December 2007 two women were shot dead as they left the same shopping mall. A robbery gone wrong? Or the work of a serial killer?
