Svend Erik Wisén warns Frank, who understands that Thomas Waldman will stop at nothing to find out what happened to Therese.

Frank finds himself pulled into the mess be created and finds an ally in Svend-Erik; Sara is put in a difficult position; Waldman and Ayalas' feud reaches its tipping point.

Frank follows a lead that takes him to his parents' murder; Sara tries to get everything back to normal for her son and asks Frank to leave the investigation.

When Rex Bagger goes on trial, Frank gets the opportunity to interrogate someone who knew his father; Waldman feels the walls closing in. Sara is forced to deceive Frank in order to protect her son Liam.

Sara and Frank track down a new witness to testify against Bagger, and the puppet master who pulled Waldman's strings in the 1990s begins to emerge.

Frank refuses to drop the case but realises the severity of the situation. Svend Erik tries to help him escape from Waldman. Therese's killer is revealed, and Sara closes in on the person who ordered the hit on her and Frank's parents.
