He wants him to assume his position in the Overwatch Council. Fan Xian tells Fan Jian and Madam Liu about Fan Si Zhe's brothel business. He arranges for Fan Si Zhe to head to Northern Qi. Fan Si Zhe gives it a try even though he's afraid of the journey ahead.
